This Bosch 51 Amp alternator conversion kit comes with everything you need to convert your generator engine to an Alternator engine except you will need to order a new alternator belt. An alternator charges at all times, a generator only charges at higher RPMS. This Alternator puts out 51 amps of power vs 30 Amps with the generator. It is internally regulated ( thereby eliminating the need for an external voltager regulator and associated wiring).
